How does it work?
By submitting this form, you agree to the following:
Your repair invoice must be paid in full.
Your social media post must be original, publicly viewable, and related to a repair completed by Total Tech Midwest.
You retain ownership of your photos and videos.
In exchange for the rebate, you grant Total Tech Midwest a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to repost, share, display, edit, and use your submitted content for marketing, advertising, social media, printed materials, and our website.
Your name, username, or social media handle may be displayed alongside your content when appropriate.
One rebate is available per paid repair invoice.
Eligible rebates equal 10% of the paid repair invoice subtotal and are mailed by paper check within approximately 30 days after approval.
Total Tech Midwest may deny submissions that are fraudulent, inappropriate, unrelated to our services, or otherwise do not meet program requirements.
Participation in this program is voluntary and does not affect your repair warranty or future service.
Privacy
Your information is used only to verify your repair, process your rebate, and contact you if needed. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
